My speakers have died awhile ago, and i'm looking for a new set of them for my pc. The speakers i had were the Dell Altec Lansing ADA745 ADA 745 Stereo Speaker System. Heres a link to the specs: http://reviews.cnet.com/pc-speakers/altec-lansing-ada-745/4507-3179_7-30537840.html

My choices are the Logitech G51 or Logitech Z-2300. MY question is are either of these as good, if not better than the Dell Altec Lansing ADA745?

I've heard that the Z-2300's satellite speakers are not that good.

But if anyone could sugjest me better speakers from my pc then please list them. (as long if there under 140$)

I own the Z-2300s, they're my older speakers before they were sidelined in favour of Z-5500s - simply put, the Z-2300s are awesome stereo speakers - the satellites are fine and put out excessive volume with reasonable clarity - the sub is fantastic, very clear at low frequencies.
The G51 is less powered though still with reasonable satellites, but it always will be because it's a 5.1 system. Question really is, do you want stereo or surround? When you've decided that, you really know which of the two to choose...

That's fair enough, not usually the case for most people though.

Well i have very limited space, and the way i had my previous 4.1 speakers set-up weren't used to there full potential, so its a good way to save alot of money

Then you weren't trying hard enough :p
On a more serious note, if surround really isn't possible, then your decision is already made. It's often worthwhile trying to figure out some sort of surround system, because even music sounds miles better when it's coming from all parts of the room.
