I have a small Packard Bell notebook which has 256MB DDR 333 CL2.5 memory which i would like to upgrade. I have a spare 512MB DDR 266 and also a DDR 400(3) 1G x 16 SO-DIMM, can any of these be used to upgrade ?

as it shows 969meg instead of 1024meg, the reason is that 64meg is assigned to onboard video as shared ram.
