Hi, My mouse and keyboard are not respoding after starting any games on steam. This was not a problem a few days ago with steam games. When I launch a game, everything works fine for a while. After a while the lights on my keyboard and mouse start going on and off every 2-4 seconds. I can remedy this by changing the USB ports from back to front, but this only solves the problem for another minute or so. If I close the game and change the ports again, my mouse and keyboard work fine. Computer is around 6 months old. Windows 7 64bit ASRock Z68 Pro3 i5-2500k AMD Radeon 6950 Thank You EDIT: Not quite sure if this is the right section. Im quite clueless if Steam is actually the problem, or is windows the evil. Could even be a hardware problem?
try a system restore to before problem started as maybe an update caused the problem with steam as your mouse\keyboard still work when not using steam.
