My 6-core CPU is only using one core?!

Well recently I bought all the parts to make a computer and I did it, I'm using it right now. It's my first build so I expected something like this. I'm running a AsRock 870 Extreme3 and have left the BIOS at factory settings but plan to OC to 4.0GHz. It's an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T clocked at 3.2GHz, Six-Core obviously. Thing is, yesterday it was running at all six cores just fine. I didn't touch ANYTHING. I did overclock my ATI Radeon 6870 with ATI Overdrive using Auto-Tune but other than that nothing has been touched, the only overclocking done was by ASRock OC Tuner, which is done automatically by the program. Turbo-Core is also on and I have seen it activate, but I don't understand how it can start if only ONE core is being used?! I'm really confused and this is getting on my nerves. Could something have fried? Is my power supply being overused? It's a 600W PSU, 720W maximum output (or so it says on the box) by CoolerMaster. My heatsink fan is a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus with the Thermal Paste that came with it and the fan as well. I have 3 fans in my case. Is that sufficient to OC to 4.0GHz? Will I have to put up my Voltage? Please go easy on me, as I said it's my first build and I'm a noob. Here are two screen shots of my CPU in BlackBox, one with Turbo-Core off and one with it on (I would ASSUME it's Turbo-Core, not sure honestly.

I'm a video maker (As you can see I have DMC4 clips on my desktop) so it's very important for me to get the most out of my CPU for emulating and rendering videos. I'd also like to point out that I can run games like DMC4 in MAX settings with V-Sync off in 1280x720 (I can run in 1920x1080 but that will create unnecessary frame rate issues, I use it when I want my games to look the best but I usually want FPS over 60FPS so I don't use it) 720p HD while only using about 40% of my CPU. I can also run Crysis at Medium settings in 1920x1080 and max settings in 1280x720 at full speed, although those two games are more in GPU Land. I didn't check the usage yesterday, but yesterday I could run Dolphin (Emulating Arc Rise Fantasia) at Full Speed while broadcasting with FME at 1280x720 without using 100% of my CPU, only about 90%. Today when I ran it, same settings, same game, it used 100% and wasn't at full speed, nothing else open. I also can't set the affinity of my cores in Task Manager, but I could yesterday! I REALLY need to know what's up, I'm a regular broadcaster and this is an issue to me. My brother installed Warhammer Dawn of War 2 w/ the expansion and Steam last night, I doubt that's it but I'm factoring in any changes. Is it possible that I installed the CPU wrong? Is my PSU insufficient? Voltage issues? Perhaps it's defective? Any help is appreciated. Thank you very much.

Sounds like a motherboard fault to me. Try flashing the BIOS. If no luck, ditch it for another board. ASRock stuff is dirge.

Man... I'm gonna email both of them, but I expect some shitty automated reply. They don't care about their customers.

Edit: Flashed BIOS and cleared CMOS, no luck. This sucks.
