This is a printer that I found so the head could be damaged but don't think so.. I was able to take the printer apart and then slide the printer head all the way to the far left to remove it,I have put it in warm water only the bottom part of the head for 30 minutes and it still the same no black on the paper..ahhhhh The colour is fine just the dam black,any tips would be great right now..?? It does have new ink cartridges in.
