My hard drives on my PC have almost filled up (230gb and 70gb)

I need another hard drive so i can backup all my media.
I would like something in the region of 1 to 1.5 tb.
Which is the most reliable? An external hard drive or an enclosure with an internal hard drive?
Below I'm adding three links from the shop that i'm going to buy it/them from, could somebody recommend me something from the links if possible?

Get a vantec mx that's the one I have to store my media files. I paid 40.00 for mine and it's a well built/heavy enclosure. I have a 1tb sata drive in it, and it has space for another drive.

I also have the cheaper 20.00 enclosures that work fine but they are easy to tip over. Many of the cheaper enclosures don't have fans. All the single drive enclosures are basically the same, but the better built ones cost almost what a vantec will cost.

I build all my external drives, and never had any problems with them.

Thanks for the reply, they do look good and i'm taking them into consideration, but if i could buy something from Malta it would be better if example they would malfunction or something like that.

    Any more opinions?
