I have an Acer moniter (model H233H) that I have hooked up to my computer using a HDMI connection. I use it as my secondary moniter. My problem with it is that I can't get it to go full screen no matter what I do. I have tried all the settings and even tried to get updated drivers from the Asus website but it claims that there are no drivers available. I am running Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. The moniter is close to full screen but has black bars around it. About an inch on both sides and about a half inch on top and bottom. Thanks
Maybe they have a control panel for the video in the contol panel. Mine has an NVIDIA control panel so I can adjust my monitor settings.I'm not sure if that is any help to you though.
I finally figured it out. I had to install Catalyst Constrol Center. Then I went to "My Digital Flat-Panels" Then went to "scaling options" Then moved the bar all the way to the "overscan" side Thank you for you responce JST1946
