I bought some new memory for system and system does not boot when I have all 4 sticks installed. It will only run with 1 pair install. I disabled CPC and the system was able to boot up. Windows 7 only detects 1 GB and when I run CPU-Z, it detects 3 GB. My system is pretty old and at the moment I don't have money to build a new one. I wanted to upgrade my memory from 1 GB to 3GB. I already had 1 GB kit OCZ4001024ELDCPER2-k kit and bought 2 GB Kit OCZ4001024ELPE. I have my system overclock and I change my settings back to default on my mobo and still not able to run all 4 memory at once. Is there anything i can change or just sell the 1GB kit? This my MOBO DFI LP NF4

Those memory kits do not having matching voltages, but they are close. Try manually setting the voltage to 2.8V, this might fix the issue.
