    Hey everyone,

I have a complicated situation. I have two laptops; one old with vista installed and one new with windows 7 installed. I have allll of my important programs and such on the old vista hdd and on the new windows7 one I have important software installed on it as well. My new hdd has 2 partitions (Recovery and C drive) and so does the old vista hdd (Recovery and C drive). I was wondering if it is possible to transfer both partitions from my new windows7 hdd onto my old vista hdd keeping intact all my programs and windows as well. And once that is done, I want to be able to plug in the old vista hdd with the transfered info from the new windows7 hdd into my new laptop that was running the windows7 hdd and be able to dual boot both operating systems.

The old vista hdd is a 500gb WD Scorpio Blue hdd that i bought.
The new windows 7 hdd is a 320gb Toshiba hdd that came with my Sony Vaio.
And yes I do have a USB 2.5 sata enclosure.

I hope yall understood that and if there is anymore info you need plz let me know so I can provide it.

programs have to be re-installed. files can be copied onto other laptop via usb flashdrive, cd\dvd or external hd.
