No Network Controller

    I had to re-install Windows XP and now the system detects new hardware...network controller but cannot locate driver for it...I have gone to hp's website to get driver but i downloaded several and either it shows disconnected or not configured correctly...All I could find out is that the mfr. is Broadcom pci\ven_14e4 & dev _4320 but can't find the right driver. Please help

    what is the make & model# of your hp computer so can see about linking driver for you?
