NO SOUND ON PC SINCE RESTORE...

Hi, would appreciate help ,i had few problems with my emachines 5230 over last few weeks with viruses crashes loosing capabilty of burning ext so i decided only option was to restore to factory setting iv done this and ended up with no sound first only on system ,then i got up to find windows was not bein detected on start up so i had to restore all again for windows to come back , now i have no sound at all, iv bein on net all last 2 days trying to sort it downloading drivers ,i feel it may be sdound card but dont see any thing thats helping ,would anyone have some info for me as it driving me crazy now ,

open up your tower and check for any loose wiring or anything burnt, it's possible.
