pc have power, but wont power hdd? (Urgent)

    Ok let's start from the beginning, I bought a new ZM600-HP along with CM690 II advance case, after building my pc, when I try to boot, it powers then shuts down...all my fans twitches, I have a 500gb hdd which is the main one then I installed a new 1TB...but still won't boot ONLY after I unplug the power from my 500 the pc runs but can't recognize the 1TB...but it seems like its not powering the hdd at all. I haven't had this problem before, could it be my Psu or what?
