Pc problem

    I got up yesterday morning and i turn on my pc and it looks like this:

    i thought it was the graphics card but i figured if it was a graphics card issue then i wouldnt get a picture would I? I took the memory out and put it back in and that didnt work. It gets to the windows 7 start screen and then the computer resets. Any of you guys ever come across this before. im pretty descent troubleshooting but this is stumping me.

    that is your videocard causing the problem. does your motherboard also have onboard video to confirm it is your videocard is causing the problem?

    no i dont have an onboard card. so i was thinkin it was the video card as well. im thinkin the memory is gone bad on it

    can you try the card on a friend's pc to see if still does it?
