Hi , I dont know whether I have done the correct thing starting another topic but could not see anything listed about routers. I have the above router which I have previously used with mu Virgin network. I have had it disconnected for a while but now need it back. I have set it back up fine but it is asking me for a passkey. I cannot for the life of me remember it. I have tried pressing the reset button on the router but it still ask. Could anyone help or pass me in the right dirrection. many thanks in advance Doreen
