I was wondering if anybody could help me. I have the power dvd dx 8.2.5711 on my studio computer and everytime I put a dvd in it makes a clicking sound and nothing happens, if I open the door the power dvd menu come up, but not with the dvd inserted. I can't even get the window media to play the dvd either. I am not very good on computers and I do not understand how to get a lot of this stuff to work. Thanks
is the drive seen by the computer & windows? any exclamation marks or unknown devices in device manager? how old is the computer or dvd drive?
