Presario 900 usb driver

#1 15 Oct 2010 @ 8:10
My mom had the cable guy come over to help her with her wireless connection - somehow he messed up the usb and the mousepad drivers on her laptop. I was able to roll back the driver for the mousepad and got it running again. When I tried it for the usb, I got a message that it was deleted. It's a presario 900 running XP. I went to the Compaq website to download the driver file, but my problem is that I don't know exactly which file offered will take care of the problem. I was going to run system restore, but I'm afraid that it will undo the setup for her internet connection. I just don't want screw up her computer any more than it is.
