I bought a cantenna from ebay. I didn't have the time or tools to make it myself. I installed the drivers, and zdwlan that came with it. Here is what I am experiencing: 1. Vista will not recognize when I plug the usb in; it chimes when plugged in, but it never says 'a new device..'. 1a. When I run find new hardware, it still doesn't find it. 2. zdwlan opens and quickly closes when I try to open it What should I do here? The dongle says 'WIFI LINK" on the top of it. Thats all I really know. The guy that sold it to me doesn't speak english very well, so we have been going around in circles.
Finally got it running. However, No connections are showing up in ZD utility. And when I go through windows, I can't get connected either, even though I have 3 bars on the signal.
