Okay I run a Dell Labtop Latitude with upgrade 2gb ram

currently my GHz speed is at 1.60 GHz but my labtop can run at 2.0 GHz? how can i improve my speed to use that 2.0GHz?

the reason why I want to do this so I can run a game on mim requirments, I pass all Analysis for the game but CPU speed,

I have tried CCleaner , disk cleaner, and disk defrag

PS I remember at one point my processor was running at 1.77 GHz from reason, I don't really care if this labtop overheats becasue I will be getting a brandnew Labtop from saved money.

Have a look in the BIOS for 'speedstep', it could be that whenever the CPU is idle it drops down to 1.6GHz.
A quick and easy way to check is to install CPU-Z ~ http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
Run it and keep an eye on the Core Speed ~

Wait for the machine to idle and if speedstep is enabled you will see the Core Speed fluctuate between 1.6GHz and 2GHz
