yes. i prefer 2 sticks over 1 in that if 1 goes bad you still have the other to use til bad gets replaced. your windows, 32bit or 64bit?

Windows 7 64-bit also the first one was 2x2gb ram, but I don't know what "Multi-channel Kit : Dual Channel Kit" mean. Can you please explain that to me? Thanks for your reply.

dual channel ram means 2 identical sticks that makes system run better & faster.

Oh okay thanks. Sorry for asking so many questions but I got one more haha. So if I buy 2 separate but the same 2gb ram, it won't be as fast as buying 2 identical one? Because the dual channel kit one is sold out and I could only find 2gb separate ram.

as long as both sticks are identical then will run in dual channel mode even when not in a single package of 2 sticks. that is what i've done with my system with 2 1gig sticks as using 32bit windows.
