Recently my HP P7 7027c, i3,8G Ram, 1THD,Win 7 64 Home, has been taking forever to reboot. I reformatted to factory settings and it still takes about 3 minutes to boot, the HP page cames on and stays there for about 3 minutes. Works great after it boots. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Make sure all your cables to PSU/hard drives are connected properly and try resetting your BIOS.

So there aren't any problems with performance at all once the PC has booted, just to clarify?

check your msconfig\startup to see what is being loaded as most not needed for start which will load faster.
