Is there a way to record sound that is playing through my computer speakers? I thought there was a stero mix option or something like that, but I can't see to make it work. Is this even possible?

It depends on your audio device. If you right-click on the speaker near the clock and select recording devices, a new menu will pop up. Right-click on a blank spot in here are select 'Show disabled devices"

If it still isn't there, you could try updating the drivers...some drivers don't have this feature, even if the XP version of the same driver does.

I tried that but it still doesn't show up. All it shows is 2 microphones, cd audio, and a line in. I guess I'm screwed. I'm running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
    Thanks for the help though.
