Replace 17"WXGA (1440x900) with 17"WUXGA (1920x1200) ?

    CAN I REPLACE the 17" WXGA screen (which has a maximum resolution of 1440x900) with a 17" WUXGA screen (which has a maximum resolution of 1920x1200).

    Upgrading laptops is can be very difficult to do. The only things that are made to be easily upgradeable are memory dvd drives and hard drives. Everything else will require some modding skills.

    It would work, but I was saying that it was a more difficult thing to upgrade. Also you would need to find out how to disassemble you laptop. Some can be a pain to take apart. If you feel that you can do this without messing it up, then go for it.
