I need to do an assignment on a revolutionary input/output device, which has recently been developed. So can anyone suggest me a good device for my assignment? I was thinking about the WiiMote - does this qualify? Please give me some suggestions

Yes, a WiiMote could be classed as a revolutionary input device.
Could also consider Biometric Authentication input devices such as Retina scanners, Fingerprint readers, voice recognition etc which is unique to individual users.

How do they define recent? I'm not sure I would consider the WiiMote a recent development.

Google "Natal" if you want something recent and truly revolutionary.
