seagate 1TB external drive

    I was advised to buy one of these to use with my Euro 7000HD digi box
    However it seems that it has to be formatted to FAT32.
    How can I do this when it says the maximum file size is 32GB for reformatting.
    Is their some download I can access to enable me to alter it to FAT32
