When opening the system, and then loads it shuts down automatically and open the system again and it keeps doing the same thing. Because the charger has been broken and the laptop hadn't been touch for a month. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.
moved to correct forum as sounds like a hardware issue. if charger is broken & hasn't been touched for a month then possibly battery needs recharged. fix or replace the charger.
sorry about that I got a little confused about what you said. Anyway I already done what you said, I forgot to add this to the message, the problem is the system not the charger, because the charger has been fixed 2 weeks ago. And now the charger has been fixed but the system is not functioning properly when I turned on the laptop it loads and then just shuts down unexpectedly. It took me about an hour to get to the login page.
