Toshiba Satellite Pro L10 wireless setup

Hi. Can anyone advise/help with my laptop wireless setup? I have downloaded the WIRELESS LAN DRIVER but when I press the ON wireless button on the front of the laptop the wireless DOES NOT activate?

Are there more drivers I need to download? Or?

What do you mean when you say that the wireless does not activate? or How do you know the wireless didn't activate?
