toshiba wont boot, goes to black screen

    I got a Toshiba Satellite PSK2CU-0K101S P3200, when u turn it on it goes to a black screen with optins start up in recovery mode or start up normally, when i choose eith it goes to a black screen, und u see the mouse cursor nothing esle. What can i do? I dont know where the recovery dics are.

    the recovery disks are on the 2nd partition of the hard drive.
