Transcend JF V30/32GB not recognized

Hi All
Don't know if i'm in the right thread.
I have a problem with my memory stick,when i plug it into my computer(Acer Extensa)running windows xp service pack 2 uninstalled service pack 3.it doesn't recognize it and shows as unknown device in device manager.it says it needs driver but i can't find it anywhere.
It works on my laptop.i tried deleting it,uninstalling,going to my computer-manage-looking for it there but still nothing.
Help would really be appreciated.
