Seems to me that you mostly answered your own question. What you posted about your system does NOT meet the below noted requirements:

    UT3 System Requirements -

    Minimum Requirements
    CPU: 2.8Ghz
    RAM: 512MB
    Graphics: Geforce 6 series

    Recommended System
    CPU: 3-4Ghz
    RAM: 1024MB
Graphics: NVIDIA 6800GT/Ultra or 7800GT/GTX SLI

what is the make & model# of your computer or motherboard? i think you motherboard might have an "agp" slot not a "pci express" slot.

I believe you said your processor was 2.4 ghz and that will still be a little short of the required 2.8 -- be sure of your graphics card and slot before putting out any cash if the cpu needs attention.

then you can't use that EVGA GeForce 210 512 MBDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 DVI/HDMI/VGA videocard. has to be agp & don't get a pci videocard as will be slower then an agp card.

PCI-e video cards require a PCI-e slot. Your mobo does not have one according to your manual posting. AGP is older and so is pci.

By the time you get done updating all that is "older" here, you may as well get a new system. Pieces will end up costing more than complete system and you can get all current, new stuff with some warranty.

agp is older then pci express but not as old as pci & is upto 8x faster then pci. agp never got its full potential used when pci express came out to replace it.
