Upgrade or not

    I have recently bought a very cheap and cheerful pc and wanted to know if it worth upgrading it is a
    fujitsu siemens p5905 with the following spec

    Processor: socket LGA775
    Celeron
    Intel P4 - 1MB L2
    Intel P4 - 2MB L2

    up to 551 (3.4GHz)
    up to 640 (3.2GHz)

    is it worth fitting a decent processor and extra memory in this??

    sorry forgot to say that it has a intel celeron 3.06 now

    If it still has the onboard video and the 512mb of ram it came with, then those are the first two things...get 2gb or 4gb of ram and a basic PCIe video card.

    I have bought some memory for this PC and only just realised that it has a cabinet lock on,and i can't get in touch with seller. Anyone any idea where i could get a replacement key as i really want this upgrading
