USB 3.0 Brackets

    Can I mount a USB 3.0 bracket module on my system and get the same speed benefits if the header on my motherboard is still USB 2.0?

    No - it wil only work at USB 2.0 obvioulsy, as that is the motherboards port speed.

    You're welcome
    You could get an add on USB PCIe card if you really need the extra speed, should be about £15
