Hi Guys Long Time No prob hehe ^_^ i have this Video Card and have a problem there's this "Solid Capacitor" if im not wrong...I found out the he is Overheating coz its damn HOT Can burn ur fingertips heres the pic... my question is can i replace it and is it a solid capacitor?? the one with the number 1r2
that is not a capacitor but is either a resistor or a wire wound choke but can't tell for certain as can't see the side. if a resistor then does get hot so don't worry about it.
im worry coz it wont operate so well coz it makes funny video with lines..but when i transfer it to a built in its ok...and that resistor is sooo hot that cannot be touched hehe ^_^
clean out the heatsink fan assembly as you have lots of dust there that will cause heat problems to gpu.
Just curious as to what the "Remove Protective Film Before..." says behind the glare on the first pic? If this film is covering the inlet on the heatsink/fan then you could have a big problem there!
