i just installed vista buisness 32 bit upgrading from windows xp 32 bit. i had internet after the instalation was complete. but as i was installing my motherboard drivers (Foxcon) the internet went out. after the driver instilaion was complete it asked me if i wanted to install nvidias nforce network controller r. after i got somewhat through the setup it said that my divers were not on the system. now the internet is not working at all. windows detects it but i am unable to do anything about it. i have tried installing the chipset drivers from theinternet and the disc that came with my motherbord and nothing is working.

Sounds like you need to go to your motherboard manufacturers website, find your model, and download the Vista 32bit driver for your ethernet card. your disc only has the XP driver which is not compatible.

Goto the "programs and features" under the control panel. Uninstall all nvidia drivers, and your internet should come back.
