hi, can anyone help[ please i bought my western digital portable drive 3 weeks ago ,been ok up till today,when i tried to play a movie on it or to transfer something it wouldnt work,kept say ing not responding,so not knowing what to do so i formatted it ,now i have nothing at all just a empty drive and it wont let me put anything on it ,it just keeps saying format before use ,any help would be greatful thanks
