Hello guys, first post. I?m new to computer?s picking things up as I go along. I have a new computer details below. I have just ordered a new Monitor a LG E2251VR but am a bit unsure of what cables to use? The Monitor is being shipped with DVI-D and D-SUB cables and it will take a HDMI cable as well. As I say I am picking things up as I go but Computer will be used for a bit of everything but once I get my bearings I hope to start editing a vast collection of photos. Now! What cable do I use DVI-D, D-SUB or HDMI?? One thing it will not be used for at this time is connecting a TV or surround sound. Any help will be much appreciated.

go with the dvi if the monitor comes with that cable as mine does as long as videocard has that connector.
