Which is the proper RAM for Win7?

I am using Win7 with 2GB RAM but it dose not working well. I want to increasing speed,so how can I increasing PC speed? Can anybody suggest me?

you could add more ram.what kind it takes depends on your motherboard.if you dont know what motherboard you have you can download a program called siw.it will give you all the info you need to make a choice of ram.or you can pull one of the old sticks and take it to the computer store with you.

depends on your cpu specs, type of hard drive as in sata or ide & what programs are running in the background. your motherboard is about the same as mine from your other post.

sata hard drive transfer information alot faster then ide.
