windows vista problem dvd not load microsoft office copy disk

    somebody can help me i have problem with windows vista i try to install microsoft office but only i have copy disk and windows vista no tracking the disk or not load the software I try to install windows XP make same problem

    moved due to blindness to correct forum as not a news issue. sounds like a dvd drive problem as can't read 2 different disks. try an original disk not copied to see if have same problem. does bios & windows see the drive?
