My uncle has given me few Nintendo Gamecube games. But since I dont have a Gamecube, is there any software with which I can play these games on my pc?
there is an emulator called dolphin that should play most nintendo gamecube games.there might also be other emulators that can play them.do a google search for nintendo gamecube emulators and there might be more.try dolphin and let us know how you go.
The Wii can play Gamecube games. I reckon it's worth you buying one. I'm a noob on the Homebrew scene, but I believe you can also play Gamecube backups on the Wii, either on DVD or SD card. There's also an upcoming modchip device called WODE (due for release next month) that lets your Wii play Gamecube backups from your external hard drive. Cheers, TPB.
I'm not completely sure, but I think dolphin only plays isos, not the game discs themselves, because not all dvd drives will read a gamecube disc. again, not completely sure, but pretty sure
There is NO way to play a GC game disc on your PC. You can download GC iso's and play them at 100% with the dolphin emulator as previously mentioned but you can't read the discs using your pc. Just for a little further clarification. You can use your wii to play GC games off the disc. You can only play the iso's of GC games right now if you have a wode or some other form of modchip that allows the reading of GC ISO's off of USB. All other softmod USB solutions will only load wii ISO's, not GC ISO's.
