ASPI Manager loading failed error

Someone please help! I am trying to rebuild one of my PS2 games using cddvd gen and following the tutorial in this forum. autoexec.nt and wnaspi32.dll are all installed where they are supposed to be and I still keep getting this error message. I'm running Windows 7 home premium on my computer. Any advice would be appreciated.
