DVD Decrypter Burn Speed

For some reason, it seems DVD Decrypter doesn't want to burn any slower than 4x, even if I set it to 1x or 2x. Is this normal?

Yes its normal depending upon your burner.

You don't want too burn slower than 4x anyway. Burning way too slow can be as bad as burning way too fast.
