new update - active iso

hi guys

i normally use the active iso disc to play games that i have downloaded. the new assissins creed asks for an update. Am i to think there is now a new wave of games and i need a new active iso disc?

the weird thing is it acts exactly as a normal game does which i use the active iso disc for and on the dashboard the game shows, so i am wondering before pressing the update button if it is a game update or a system update


if i do a system update then i will lose the mod on the xbox

please help i am baffled
