I flashed my Xbox previously a long time ago now I want to update the iextreme. It has been a while since I have tried the process by, I remember that the problem I was having was with my serial number not being accepted. Is there anything I should be aware of when updating the firmware that is different from when you flash it originally? If not what else could be wrong?

is there anything that is different about flashing the drive the second time as opposed to the first? I don't regret watch step in the process, but at some point in the command inputed gets me nowhere.
