So, I checked the link out... It's honestly kind of a grey area.
If it were my account, I'd probably remove the links. Those contain some things that were legally sold, and could be looked upon rather harshly by any attorney acting on behalf of the DMCA.
XBox Arcade games weren't given away or free, and the content on those isos is very clearly derived from them.
As for the DLC, it again comes down to a matter of items which are(or were) sold. If you read through the agreements in your xbox dash, you'll find some pretty hefty verbage about the legalities on content packs, etc.
I'm not a mod, and I'm not going to report you or anything like that BECAUSE YOU OBVIOUSLY MEAN WELL, and I don't think you're trying to be malicious in any way.
That said, I'm definitely going to keep those pages in my bookmarks, there's some very interesting stuff there.... ^_^
