Salvageable for Softmod? (Error 16 content)

    I got an xbox which displays a code 16 when I boot up. I've done some research on the repair, but don't have access to an IDE PC. I do have access to a softmodded xbox however. Can I save this box with just the other system?

    You need an pc with an ide cable if you have a computer that has a sata cable there is a adapter you can purchase to make it work other then that theres no other way that i know, heard or read about.
