Cannot start PgcEdit after system crash - error sourcing message

Newbie
Had PgcEdit running, then had a system crash. After reboot, restarting PgcEdit results in console window with the following message --
Error sourcing /Tcl/work/PGCEDIT/PgcEdit.tcl: invalid command name "::msgbox::MsgBox"
Wiping PgcEdit folder and reinstalling does not solve the problem.
Solutions?
