What the moderator was trying to tell you by closing your thread was that your subject line was vague and non-descriptive of your problem.
It is expected that the subject line of your post have something more descriptive about your problem than "DVD Shrink 3.2"
We expect that your problem is about DVD Shrink since this is the DVD Shrink forum. A little more beyond that helps the people that might be trying to help you.

The DVD Writer will not kick out the dvd after backing it up to my computer so that can put a blank one in to record it. This happend after my computer locked up in the middle of shrinking a dvd. After I re boot the computer it started doing this. I deleted the shrink program and reinstaled it,but it is still doing the same thing.

It's probably because DVDShrink is a ripper and a transcoder and not a burning program.
Spend some time reading posts in the forums and you will find instructions and guides on what program to use for what functions.
Like this:
http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/..._dvd_shrink.cfm
You need to link it to a burning program like imgburn.

Shrink is a "Ripper" (not for all Movies) and a "Transcoder only" (spacially on the lattest Movies) and it as not been update since 2004.
After the movie been rip using "Shrink" or other newest program like "DVDFab" or "Any DVD".....you are aloud to take out the Original DVD from your burner tray.
Then you are alaud to Transcode with-out any disc in (Back-Up).
after that: Choose your Burn Program like (ImgBurn, Nero, Decrypter, CloneDVD2, etc).....Insert your new DVD-Blank into the Burn Tray and you are "Ready to Rambo".....
NOTE: Read your Programs Guides on the "Guides Seccion" of this web-site.
Good Luck !

I assumed you tried all the above. You problem has nothing to do with Shrink. It is probably hardware in the drive that is confused. Open is closed and vice versa.
I have that problem from time to time and nothing short of the full manual over ride will do. If you have a 2" paper clip, smaller will do in a pinch, notice there is a tiny hole right below the drawer. Straighten the paper clip one turn and slowly but forceably ram it into the hole keeping the wire as close to perpendicular to the face as you can. Often the drawer will want to fight you during this process so you may need to grab it as soon as you can. Then you can open it with your hand. Once it is fully out, it will probably 'give up' trying to close.

The Hole + Peper Clip trick is to reset to default (Any Electronic Divece) in this case: the Burn Tray.
Thanks for your advice !

No it does not reset anything. A lever behind the hole opens the door manually.

iluvendo, I think fixvts was pulled from your link. I suspect it was bought up like ripit4me just so the new owners could get it removed from all the down load sites.
