Hi all this is my 1st post to a forum so I hope I am doing it right – I am running Vista home premium
With nero 9 & dvd shrink. My problem is when I try to back up from dvd shrink it tells me to install nero (already installed) I have tried un installing & reinstalling both programs & all is ok until I shut down & restarting my system then I get the same fault.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
