What version of Nero are you using?

Nero 8 and above don't play well with Dvd Shrink.

Don't use Nero to burn then. Use ImgBurn, it's better, and its free. I used to always have problems using Shrink w/ Nero. Now I just back it up with shrink to file, and burn w/ ImgBurn.
