avi2dvd could not decompress frame 0

    hi I'm trying to convert an avi to dvd using this guide and when i go to preview video (still frame) it says could not decompress frame 0. I tried just converting anyways and it gave me that same message and was unable to finish. I also used virtualdub and scanned for bad frames and it found 0.

    i dont think i do what exactly do i need to dl from there?
