hi , i'm having a slight problem i converted a few things with this but just try'd to convert the next three things which are the same as three other things i converted and i never got this msg with first three things, but i keep getting this msg , on the last conversion i did select the option to always use ffmpeg on conversions , so not sure if thats what is causing the problem , but i really need to know whats causing this , help greatly appreciated

hi , well even when i select q uenc i get a hcenc box come up when i select to start , and i did select always use fmpg always on the last encode , the weird thing is i didnt get this problem with the first three episodes but ep's 4,5 and six i get this error
